PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, SERVICES, & WORKS FOR THE YEAR 2021-2023

The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) is a state corporation established under the Energy Act, 2019. The Authority is the energy sector regulatory agency responsible for economic and technical regulation of electric power, renewable energy, petroleum and coal subsectors.

In September 2021, EPRA invited bids for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Goods, Services, & Works for the Year 2021-2023. Accordingly, the Authority conducted Mandatory and Technical Evaluation of the aforementioned suppliers in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015.

Bi-Annual Energy and Petroleum Statistics Report July- December 2020

The key statistics captured in this Report include energy supply, energy demand, energy prices, competition and market shares, energy trade and key energy indicators. Data on the electricity sub-sector include: the monthly pass-through costs, energy generation, generation costs, tariff evolution, generation expansion and peak demand
trends. Petroleum subsector data include crude oil and petroleum prices, consumption of petroleum products, and the state of competition in the energy sector.
