INVITATION TO PUBLIC CONSULTATIVE WORKSHOPS ON THE DRAFT PETROLEUM (MARINE REFUELING) REGULATIONS, 2025

In line with the Constitution and the Statutory Instruments Act, the Authority will convene public and stakeholder consultations from 17th November – 1st December 2025 to receive comments on the draft regulations. The consultations will take place at the locations listed in the attached public notice. 

Written memoranda clearly marked “PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT PETROLEUM (MARINE REFUELLING) REGULATIONS, 2025” can be sent via email to petroleum@epra.go.ke. 

Additionally, written memoranda may be hand delivered to EPRA’s Head Office in Nairobi or in the regional offices listed below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during business days, to reach the undersigned not later than Tuesday, 2nd December 2025.
